Each wallet is hand formed from 10 oz tooling leather, then hand rubbed with a mixture of pitch and beeswax. After the leather is sealed the Wheatley Fly clips and the artificial fleece (we think the artificial stuff is easier on flies) are affixed and the exterior is hand rubbed again to further seal it. The closure is a simple latigo lace that can be tied or just looped. Each wallet is heirloom quality and will last several lifetimes. These wallets will "wear in" and display a fantastic patina that each owner will be proud of.
