diameter and Head must be a minimum of 25 feet in length;

Rules note from Poppy: I have a micrometer, but I have no plans to use it   If you want
to be a cheater so be it. If you are cheating you will not be participating again, no
exceptions. We are all big boys and girls. If you can not follow the rules without being
policed please stay away. This event is not held in a concrete pool. It is held on the
river and the course is what it is. Deal with it. I do not have time to deal with whiners
and inane nitpickers. This event is like street racing. Talk your thrash, make your casts
and let the chips fall where they may.
